During my recent stay at the Westin, I was amazed by the elaborate Christmas decorations in the lobby. It truly added a festive touch to my experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the Ebisu train station and a variety of excellent restaurants in the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day. The high level of service from the concierge team, especially Nami, was outstanding, as she went above and beyond to assist with directions. Although there were some changes due to the merger with Marriott, the rooms and views remained exceptional. I had a special experience at the Westin Tokyo and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the cleanliness, transportation options, and proximity to attractions make this hotel an ideal choice.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Yebisu Garden Place where there were plenty of shopping and leisure activities. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near transportation options, making it easy to explore the city.
